Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team begins processing it immediately. This typically takes 1-3 business days before your item is ready for shipment. During this time, your order is verified, quality-checked, and packaged.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-5 business days from the time your order is processed for your tracking information to become active and visible online. This is because the tracking system needs to update as your package begins its journey.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been shipped and the tracking information is available, you can expect to receive your package within 20 calendar days. While many orders arrive sooner, this time frame accounts for potential variations due to international shipping, customs processing, and local delivery services.

We encourage you to take your time and carefully choose your items. We do not physically stock or handle the products ourselves, which means we have no direct control over the picking, packaging, or shipping of individual items.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Snooze Store, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your family sleep products. If there's an issue with your order, here's our refund policy.

Our Policy

We offer refunds only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, nor do we facilitate exchanges.
Please note that some items may be excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons. These will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Initiate a Refund Request

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the damage will be required.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the photos, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
